Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Let's set some goals, and gobble up some low carb goodness!
I'm going home to cook a low carb Turkey Day meal for my friends on the Mainland, and these are my goals before I get there.
Goal 1: Lose 15 lbs
Goal 2: Drink 125 oz of water/day.
Goal 3: Keep carbs between 20-30/day.
Goal 4: Buy a bikini for the beach this winter!
