I need information on low-carb diets for vegetarians for my daughters.
Which book should I buy for them, they are in agreement with me, but short on cash.

The Schwarzbein Principle can be adapted for vegetarians and there is a companion Vegetarian cookbook...you can find both at amazon.com (and probably other online bookstores too...that's just where I usually go).
