this dressing is also great on cooked cauliflower.
-2 tbs or so of Grey Poupon mustard
-1/4 cup or so (I never measure, just pour in a container) of a light tasting oil
-less than 1/4 cup heavy cream
-1-2 tsp of a garlic and herb mixture.
-water
-red wine vineagar
put all of the ingredients in a container, shake, then add water to your desired consistency. You can either add the vineagar onto the salad as you make/eat it, or just put some into the mixture.
**a brand of salad dressing that I came across and have yet to find anything so delicious is "Drew's Shitake Ginger" 0.4g carbs per tablespoon, and NO sugar added. :)
