I've been doing the Atkins Induction for about 3 months. I seem to be stuck on pretty much the same weight. I eat primarily meat and eggs, with a little cheese, very little in the way of salad-type veggies. I try to incorporate fat in the way of olive oil, mayo, and butter. I probably get 20 grams of carbs or less per day. My calorie count is roughly 1600-1900 per day. I almost have to force myself to eat because I am not hungry. My height is 75.5" and weight is 192. Is my calorie count too low to the point that my body thinks it is in starvation mode? The pudge around my waistline does not seem to be shrinking. Please, any suggestions?
