Well it's been 2 weeks since the marathon, and I am now experienceing leg cramps at night. Any recommendations or thoughts on the cause? I drink plenty of water. I take cal-mag and vitamin e.

I have also read that Potasium and Magnusium are good for leg cramps.

Since you're already taking a calcium/magnesium supplement, I'd suggest that you add 300-400 mg. of potassium a day and see if that doesn't clear up your leg cramps. HTH!
