HI everyone

i'm new to atkins plan... and a little skeptical. I just started it two days ago. I feel tired.... really fatigued..i don't have the energy to do my workouts! HELP . i think its carb withdrawal so I'm hoping i'll feel better. WHEN will I FEEL ALL THE ENERGY everyone raves about??? Well I hope to get support here, you all seem like a great bunch, i've been reading your posts!! you guys are awesome!! I do have a ton of questions... but i'll ask them in the other section of the board.
LEt me finally introduce myself, I'm a 26 year old Toronto girl, i have been working in the fitness industry for the past 6 yers. I am a certified personal trianer, aerobics instructor, and pre and post natal specialist. I also teach aqua aerobics . I'm a busy busy gal!! I love my active lifestyle and hope that this low carb way of eating won't interfere with my excercise regime,. Amy comments?? well take care all and thanks for your time

Withdrawl takes a bit...it depends on how addicted you are I guess. It took me 8 days to finally feel better, but it doesn't take everybody that long. Soon you will feel all the energy that everyone raves about.

Are you taking supplements...Potassium, and Cal/Mag help with the fatigue and crampiness.

Oh...I almost forgot...HI...And Welcome
