Hi Everyone

After 5 months of LCing and 25lb lighter my husband had his blood work done. I think the results are good but he is a little freaked out and needs some guidence. This is his first ever blood test so we haven't before and after numbers.

38 yr old male, excellent health

Triglycerides 57
Cholesterol 258
HDL 55
LDL 192
CHOL/HDL Risk Ratio 4.7
LDL/HDL Risk Ratio 3.5

Any comments

The HDL level is excellent. Get a blood test in another few months, and see if that LDL drops. Nothing to worry about just yet.
