This is a receipe that got handed down from my hubby's family. It is awesome.

Head of cauliflower boiled until aldente. Let cool and cut up into pieces then completely cover cauliflower with mayo and canned parmesian cheese. Stick under the broiler until slightly brown. This is great even cold. Enjoy. :p

Interesting...I think I will try this. I wonder though. Can the cauliflower be cut into pieces before it is cooked? This would speed up the cooking time and cooling time.

Yes, I do cut it up before a boil it. Makes it much easier. It is messy when you put the mayo on, but well worth it. Enjoy.
