I was in the Lowcarbfriends.com a while back and started back to find recipes and saw they were closed. Looked around and found this site and noticed that KevinPa from that site had also posted here. Was looking for Carbalose recipes. I'm 68, originally from New Orleans, but have now been in Russellville Arkansas for a year. Thanks for any help. :wave:
