I was on a board that closed down and some of the old members wrote they were joining here. I was/am Cinders411. Have done low carb in the past. Am sadly, now at my biggest weight ever. Am older now and having a difficult time getting any weight to come off. Hoping slow and steady will win this race. I am a real "carb baby" and have always struggled with clean eating.

Welcome Cinders
Hope you enjoy your new home. Many sub-forums, challenges or buddy groups to help you stay on course.

Have you considered seeing Dr. Hallberg in Lafayette? Now that she is so famous nationally and doing research with VirtaHealth, she may be harder to see, but she has a large support group in Indiana, with cooking classes, other group activities. The IU Health Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program has had great success.

Hi CInders!!! I have similar struggles. The older I am the more difficult to loose, but I just keep trying. Hormones have changed. ADD is a nemesis. But I just keep plugging away. :agree: Each day is a new day!!!

Welcome!
