Little Me (aka Rian) here. :wave: I took a “little break” :lol: and put on 20 pounds over the last two years, or was it three? It was as if my brain completely checked out and forgot about how much better I felt, how much better I looked, how much easier it was just moving through space, how much energy I had, and how great I slept while eating low carb.
The good news is, I woke up before I put it ALL back on! But I’m here, I started this boondoggle in January, and have already released 12 pounds. I have the book “Eat Right Not Less” and have been using the Atkins tracker app, which I love. Not that you really have to count much once you get the hang of it, but it helps me plan.
One more thing, I’m a Baby Boomer too. Glad to be in such good company :)
