I have just joined this forum. I recently ( July 29, 2017) married and moved from Kentucky, USA to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. My diet went out the window...oops hahah ( no more Poutine!) and now I need help to get back on track. I don't know where to find anything here! :)

Ah yes. Poutine. I only learned about that a couple of years ago during a visit to Toronto. It is beginning to invade the U.S. Conquest by Carbohydrate, right?

But then, Kentucky isn't exactly a paragon of healthy eating? As I recall, it used to be known as Kentucky Fried Chicken.:rolleyes:

Thank you for your responses! I have now found out my thyroid meds need increased so this has also has caused a rapid weight gain. :( I hope to find more info. here. Again, thanks!
