Hi everyone! I just started Atkins yesterday and I'm looking for some support and ideas to help me succeed long term. I lost around 30 lbs using Atkins a couple of years ago, but gained it back after a stressful year (family member went though hospice, started a new job, commuting, etc.) I tried low cal in between and lost about 10 lbs pretty quickly, but I'm hoping to have similar success on Atkins as I did before, but most importantly to find a way to maintain my loss once I get to where I'd like to be (ideally about 50 lbs down or so...)

I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys and learn from you!!
