hello I'm Beth

I am not new to LCHF but I'm new to this forum. Thought i would introduce myself  I have 88 pounds to lose. I have started back on the LCHF due to weight and health issues. I was put on metfomin a couple of months ago and my blood work was well I will leave that one blank :/ I have been on LCHF since Jan 1 and have lost 23 pounds so far. I was thinking about trying IF with LCHF. If anyone has links or forum threads that they would like to share that would be great.

Hi Beth
The links for most of information you want now are in one sub-forum, the one on Diabetes and Dr Bernstein, read back through a few pages of threads to find:

Dr Sarah Hallberg's Tedtalk, Dr Westman's talks on Diabetes, everything about fasting from the Dr Jason Fung threads, Dr Bernsteins Diabetes University You Tube series, etc.

http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=45

Ask any questions on older diabetes threads and your post will pop to the top and members will see it.

Also one good guide how to Reverse Diabetes, and search this site for more talks by the doctor's mentioned above: https://www.dietdoctor.com/diabetes
All the best,

Posted a new podcast of an interview with Dr Fung about his new book. http://robbwolf.com/2017/01/31/episode-352-jimmy-moore-and-dr-jason-fung-the-complete-guide-to-fasting/
If you tried to catch up with this two part Fasting thread that started in July 2014, it has close to 3,000 posts, but post #1 is good for catch-up.
