I was on low carb mode last year for a few months and had really good results. fell off the wagon now here i am again. i have so far lost 7 pounds in 6 days and am excited.
i have a question though. when i see recipes that call for grated parmesan are we talking about the real cheese parmesan in the cheese case or the crud in the green bottle near the pizza/spaghetti aisle??? guess its a dumb question huh? :lol:

It shouldn't make much difference, depending on the recipe. If it's for meatballs or a 'patty' type recipe, it might just change the texture. I can't think of any other reason they wouldn't be interchangeable.
