Hi all, I've been researching lchf and like forums since I was diagnosed with T2 last December. I started doing lchf in earnest just after New Years 2016. I am in the habit of not posting to forums but simply reading reading reading and then more. I'll try to change a little.
So far I've dropped from 255 lbs. (Jan 2016) to 211 (Aug 2016) but seem to be on a plateau and I am determined to get to 190. Average pin prick readings in Jan were 8.7 to 10.5, while August readings run from 5.0 to 6.6.
Something seems to be working and I hope to find info on this forum to help me get to 190 lbs.

Welcome Cranmer,

If you have already been reading eight months on the forums, we hope you found the Diabetes sub-forum, but sometimes it gets lost in its location under health. Check the threads on the first few pages and ask any questions, that post will pop to the top and we'll see it.

If you feel you need to tighten up on your eating plan, send for the welcome kit, Heal clinic now gives away the program. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=463604

You're doing great so far, all the best,
