I joined this forum 12 years ago, posted off and on then basically drifted away. This time I'm committed and already started a journal for accountability. I've been doing lots of reading around here in the last couple of weeks, and followed some of the links, especially the dietdoctor.com site. Very helpful indeed :thup:

Happy to say I'm down 5 lbs already -- would love to be in Onederland to greet 2017.
