Hello all, I'm a newbie and very glad to be here. I've just started doing LCHF and have done a lot of reading on it, but still feel like I'm not too sure what I'm doing, so am looking forward to looking around the forums to get a better idea of how things work!

Good morning to you, miss kb! As Jo says, there are many many sources of information here.

And there is never a stupid question, in case that was a worry for you, :lol: .

We have threads that range from the frequency and quality of poop, to whether there is actual science behind the pronouncements of the FDA. (The answer to that is, sadly, no.)
