Hi everyone! I have a question regarding breakfast. Although I am not hungry, is it a must to eat breakfast anyway? I know I will be hungry by lunch. But early morning, I'm not hungry at all.

When I do make myself eat it, I always have the same thing, 2 to 3 eggs. And sometimes, I will put no more than an ounce of cheese on them.

What are your thoughts on skipping breakfast?

Thanks!
Jenny

Both Dr Atkins and Westman advise "Eat when Hungry, Stop when Full" As you get into ketosis, if that is only one meal a day, that is OK.
Check out all the information on Intermittent Fasting by Dr Jason Fung on http://www.dietdoctor.com

Jenny, next time post your questions under the Newbie Question forum, this is one layer up and not visible unless a very recent post.
Here are all the forums, thanks
