Hi all :)
My name is Michele and I'm from Windsor ON.
I am a bakery owner and I'm currently working to lose 100 lbs.
I started my journey on Dec.8th at 236 lbs and I'm currently down 40 lbs.

I look forward to getting to know all of you .

I lived in Windsor for 9 years; I loved it there.

It isn't easy handling baked goods all day, is it? Though I'm not a 'real' baker, I do it for Tim Hortons.

Enjoy the forum. Feel free to describe a little bit how you've been successful while being a baker - I assume you are, and you're not just the business owner. ;) That's pretty inspirational. A lot of us can't even handle the kids'/spouse's stale bag of chips in the pantry, let alone working with beautiful, high-quality baked goods that we've sworn off.
