Greetings everyone. I was searching for a forum that would be able to provide support and guidance on what I fear is going to start out as a very difficult battle.

I am not a stranger to the low-carb plans. My husband was diagnosed with Type II diabetes about 4 years ago. Somewhere along the way I seemed to have fallen off the wagon.

I have a 13 yr old daughter who is a dancer and very conscience of her weight and what she eats.

This is the first day of my weight loss. I chose to follow the Atkins diet.

I look forward to the support I get and supporting others on this journey.

Hi! Welcome. This is a way cool place for support. I wouldn't have been able to do it without this forum and the great people here. Once ur into it, it's really not as big a battle as you might think. It gets easy.
