Hi, yes I'm a repeat Low-carber. I was here many moons ago and I've come back a few times but it never stuck but this time it has. I started LC meal plan on 8/16/15 at abt 252 maybe a bit more. I've succesfully stuck with it for a complete month with very few slips (I'm human) and as this month ends I am down 14Lbs and -8 inches off my waist!!! I'm looking forward to my continued success. My goal is to be under 200 by March 2016 that is when my oldest daughter plans to get married.

Welcome back,
Having a goal like that is often a good incentive, though Consider also to have a health goal beyond March.
An interesting discussion about Goals in post #20 here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=468195&page=2&pp=15

Some good tips for "second time" from Dr Eades: https://proteinpower.com/drmike/2014/01/05/help-low-carb-dieters/
All the best,
