You have found a great forum for help with creating a healthy LC diet that you can live with long term. Low Carb plans are usually based on only a moderate intake of protein, and are higher in fat. You are already at a BMI of 23, so you might consider toning up muscle rather than just focusing on losing scale weight, and other aspects of good health.
