Any of you ever heard of carb free cocktail sauce? I love peel and eat shrimp but miss the sauce. Any ideas?

I have tried carb free ketchup (I use Steel's brand made with Splenda -purchased off the Internet) and horseradish with good results. I would imagine that a more imaginative cook could jazz that up a little with extra spices or flavorings.

Can't wait to try your steak salad recipe!

I will be cooking away this weekend. I am also in the process of LC-ing some Martha Stewart recipes so I'll post them when I've tried them out.
