Hi Jen and welcome to lowcarb.ca :) Don't worry, you'll get used to navigating these boards. Many of us use the handy "view new posts" link located off the main forum page to catch up on what's happened while we were off living our LC lives. You can also subscribe to various forums and get an update when you return as to what is new (you subscribe at the top of the forum and you can view the new information by clicking on the 'profile' icon on the top right of all pages).

WTG on your loss to date; 36lbs is awsome!

Looking forward to reading more.
