Well this is my first week of low crabbing. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I'm hoping that this way of life will help with my cravings, and therefore put a stop to my indulging/overeating.

I have spent quite a lot of time the past few weeks looking up recipes, meal plans etc and have gradually been purchasing the necessary ingredients.

I am looking for support from anyone/everyone, particularly around beating cravings and recipe ideas.

You are all an inspiration as I read through your posts!

:-)

Welcome, Meredith. Much success to you on your low-carb journey.

The English-speaking world is awash in low-carb recipes. This forum has its own section for recipes (http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=2). The Atkins section (http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=98) of the forum might be another place to look for recipes, especially to see which foods are allowed (or not) on induction. The Atkins website has a huge list of recipes (http://www.atkins.com/Recipes.aspx). Of course, there are low-carb cookbooks for sale, but you could spend your whole life cooking from the free resources.

Welcome, Meredith
You sound well prepared. Don't miss the Newbie Question's stickie at the top of sub-forum with advice to make your first week easier. Hint, get enough salt.
All the best,
