Way to go!!!!!! You should be very proud of yourself. It is only a dream for me. I just started the Atkins Diet May 28th. I hope I

Just started huh. I started April 1st, hated the first two weeks but I was determined to stick to it. It does work. I have been on it for 7 weeks, lost 21 pounds and 12 inches. I was a carb
addict though. I eat nothing but pasta, bread, pizza, potatoes etc. plus alot of pop. I feel really good now.

Welcome! The first week was the roughest for me but after I adjusted I found I wasn't hungry unless I over carbed myself the meal prior. The key is to eat several small low carb meals to keep from wanting to overeat. Good luck!
