Started on induction phase of Atkins 3 days ago. I am doing 30 mins to an hour of exercise, daily to speed things up. Ideally I would like to lose 10kilos - but I am not too bothered about what I weigh, more on how my clothes fit. I am pre menopausal and having problems keeping weight off for the first time in my life. I will be staying on the induction phase for 3 weeks after which I will mix things up and transition to 2 carb free days per week to see how that works. I would love to hear from other women around my age (49 and pre menopausal) :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
