Hello!

I've been doing Fast-5 (http://www.fast-5.org) (the real one, not the one you see on Nutrisystem commercials) since June and have lost about 30lbs. I decided to include LC on top of Fast-5 to really boost the results after hearing a bunch of success stories. I'm excited to get started and looking forward to learning more about this from you all.

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the one you mentioned.Atkins is the only diet that has worked for me and I like that it has transistion phases into maintenence ti stay trimmed down.

Many lc versions to work with-- which did you want to try?
