what protien shakes do people use in here?

Holland and Barnett (i think this is the right name)
as a offer on vanilla at the moment

Hi Peanut

I buy H&B 90% protein powder in Vanilla (0 carb), but haven't actually made this up into a shake yet. I've used it in baking though.

I also use the Keto Shakes for a quick brekky if I'm in a rush.

H&B (it's H&Barrett) are regularly (about every three months in my local area) having Sales (often half-price). I stock up on nuts and protein shakes at these times.

I only use the protein shakes as an emergency measure because they do contain sweetener. They also do a Soya Protein Isolate which does not have sweetener.
