I am not sure if it was here or on another forum, but I thought I saw some time ago of a recipe for a homemade low carb "ice cream" dessert made with Splenda. It sounded really good and there were so few carbs in it.

If anyone has this, could you please post it again ??

Not sure which recipe you are speaking of but did you check the recipe section...there are several great ice cream recipes in the "Recipes from members"....good luck...
