Hi

I am new here. I followed a vegan life for 15 yrs, and then did Atkins, then was diagnosed with celiac, so I turned to the Blood Type Diet ( I am 0-). I recently started following a raw food approach and being free from the BTD feels somewhat better. However, I am trying to mix vegan with low carb.

I want to lose about ten lbs but I am struggling with eating meat. I can do fish in small amounts.

Also, I was wondering if anyone watches their portions on salads.. I get so bloated and thought maybe I am eating too much?? On the other hand, it is pretty much a low carb life with under 50 g per day.

I need to get all this out so you can understand me:)

Also, I work out 5 days a week. Yoga, wts, cardio mix up.

I am in doctoral program now and lots of stress but I want to lose this belly fat!

Any thoughts?

I am 5'4 and weigh 120 rt now.
