Hi all
Here's something for everyone who gets fed up defending this WOE against people who say it's unhealthy.
Many of the low carb foods we eat, including the specialist goods, are actually very low in Weight Watchers points! I only realised this recently and it made me grin.
So next time sometimes says to you "Atkins, that's really unhealthy!" you've got something else up your sleeve :thup:
