This is the second round of Atkins in 4 years. Now I am 50lbs heavier than the beginning of the first wave. Not starting out as well as I had intended this time. Won't give up, but it's so damn hard this time!!!

What do you find so difficult about it? Why don't we start there?

 One thing that has helped me
Have you tried upping your protein quite alot to start with.
Make sure you have protein and I mean a decent amount at each meal. If i do this it is much, much easier to cut the carbs .
I could always easierly eat loads of carbs and a fair amount of fat but very little protein and that had me in a very 'weak' place for a strong commitment to anything  bother about LCing ;)
Its not nesessarily all your 'fault' if you just 'cant' get started 100% :)
Ive been there many times and all the good intentions in the world dont help when our body chemistry is all up the wop :(
Once you get going as you know it gets so much easier.
and by the way welcome aboard :D
