Hello :wave: discovered this site from wifezilla blog. I am a 56 year old gay male, living in Ocala,Florida. I have been low carbing off and on since I was 18 years old. Started on Stillman's Quick Weight loss diet, later to Atkins and now with a variation of Barry Grove's Eat Fat Get Thin diet. I supplement my diet with CLA and coconut oil, which I find very effective. Low carb has been very effective for me. The problem is staying with it. Hoping to get alot of support from you guys.
