I´ll work on it, buy I´m very busy with my blog. I have two blogs in spanish, one about low-carb diet (http://midietanatural.blogspot.com.es) and another about low-carb recipes. I`m traslating the first one to english (http://www.eating-paleo.blogspot.com.es) and, well, my english is not as well as I would like, so the work is hard and slow, but I´ll try.

Just read your blog, there is a thread here about gelatin. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=446780 I ordered bulk beef gelatin and am now taking it every day. How much do you recommend we take a day?

As far as I know, there is not stablished a maximum nor minimum dosage for the different amioacids that your gelatin contains. Furthermore I don´t know your health condition, but assuming a normal medical condition, I´d star by taking two tablespoons daily and then see how your body reacts to it. If there is no reaction you can increase the dosage. If you feel side effects like nausea, drowsiness or upper digestive track discomfort you should lower the dosage.

Sorry if this is a silly question But why would having extra gelatine cause this discomfort in the stomach??Is it causing an imbalance in amino acids or??

I think that the stomach discomfort is caused by the digestion of the gelatin itself. I'd not worry. :)
