I've newly returned to weight lifting / power lifting and am training for an event in December. This is a single lift or a total lift of the best two scores from squat, bench press and deadlift.
I'm currently 180lb and looking to lose more fat, but maintain training so am low carbing as much as is possible as a vegetarian.
Look forward to finding support and a balance for now and the future.
I'm a mum, full time student (return to Uni in a month) and horse rider / owner. I love tattoos, music (metal/punk/50's/rockabilly) and spending time with my family.
