hello,
I have just finished my first week LC, decided it was necessary as I approached 270 lbs (19st 4 in my money) at 6' 4", lost about 8 lbs first week. also doing sit ups and press ups to help.
first few days, the hunger pangs were almost unbearable nearly ate everything with zero carbs in the house, now hunger is not much of an issue, though I went passed the bakery and nearly died of dehydration due to salivation.
I am really enjoying the food, and have realised just how much of the kids left overs I used to eat, now their plates are not cleaned.
My goal is to get to 220 (100kg is a nice round figure) so come on you remaining 42 lbs burn!
