Got to that point where I simply have got to do something.... am currently eating my way to an early grave.
Did Atkins once before and it worked beautifully, but life got in the way and I slid back into my old high carb habits. This time I will stick with it.
Just have lots of questions and need lots of support... nothing my family and friends can, or are prepared to, help with.
I'm pretty sure I'll find what i need right here! :)
