Hi

I am looking for buddies, recipes and UK LC food sources. I am a foodie and love to cook, so prefer real food over packaged items.

I feel best with living the LC life and have a wheat allergy and diary intolerance.

Looking forward to roaming around the forum.

Hello and welcome! The paleo forum is probably closest to your diet. Some of the people are still using dairy but some of us don't.
