Hi Everyone,

Just a few days ago I read in interesting post on stalls and plateaus, and it explained about our fat cells. THat the fat cells don't want to shrink and replace the lost fat with water... Can someone direct me back to that post, I've searched for quite some time now and can't find it :confused: ....A group I now where I live are having plateau problems and I thought I direct them to this post....
