Iīm new to this forum and I hope Iīll be able to learn a lot and exchange experiences.
I started losing weight on May 7th and Iīve lost 4 kg or 9 pounds since then. I enjoy eating according to low carb, although I do it rather freestyle. The last week has been messy, because I got sick and couldnīt eat almost anything. Then I just had to go back to bread, but now my stomache is doing better and I canīt wait to start again on real low carb :agree:
What can you tell me about this forum? How does it work? What should I consider or know? :q:
