Hi, I'm new to the whole low carb dieting and new to support sites as well. I dieted before but then there were times where I didn't get moral support. I found out about support sites for diets and I have recently started the Atkins Low Carb Diet. I just felt it was time that I took control of my life before something unexpected happens. I hope I stick to my diet and get to my goal I know I will with every ones support.
