I'm searching for support doing Atkins or general low carbing. I'm totally confused by the New Atkins. :help:

Welcome! :) I will leave the "new atkins" to the experts on this forum. Which is not me. I follow the old school, or maybe medium school atkins plan. The one that was written while Dr. Atkins was still alive.

Anyway - you found a great forum. The people here are awesome!!

Welcome! :wave: I also do the older program. A lot of things are the same as the new book- but there are some changes as well. This is a good place to find information on all the Atkins plans :)
