Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a carb counter that doesn't have all the weights in pounds. The ones I've seen are all from America and list American products which is also a bit confusing.

Can any other Aussie's help me?

Family circle do one - the fat, fibre and carbohydrate counter - its really excellent - everything is in metric and kilojoules.

the left side pages have the lists - and the right side pages have all the hints for low fat/high carb eating so just put DONT at the top of every page.

I bought mine in Whitcoulls in Wellington
