i am looking for a older diet workshop diet, you have 1 protein and 1 bread for breakfast, 3 protein, 1 bread and low veg. for lunch, 4 proteins 1 high veg. and low veg. for dinner and 1 milk and 2 fruits daily. this is the only diet that works for me but i never copied the whole thing only what i liked and my taste has changed, does any one have a copy of this diet? Thank You. :help:
