Hello. This is my second time doing low carb. I had really good results years ago with this life style and trying it again. I do not really follow Atkins but still try to keep carbs down under 20g a day. I am over once in awhile but not by much. I am slower this time around but not working out yet. I will need all the help I can get lol.

My first newbie question is I eat a full box of Sugar free Jell-o at night as a snack. It says on the box that half cup or 1/4 of box has 0 carbs. Anyone know how much for the whole box ? I know it has Aspartame and that is not the best. I wish they used Splenda. Cant believe anyone would use Aspartame still. But anyways is this ok to do. I do eat almost 20 grams and even over a little a day.
