I made something the other night that was delicious. It was grilled fish (I used a thick trout steak but any fish of your choice) grilled it for about 10 minutes and then put salsa (no sugar salsa) on top and grilled until cooked.
It sounds like a strange combination and one that I wouldn't have thought of myself, but absolutely delicious. The two flavours really complement each other.
I also make veal cordon bleu once a week, it's great! I just layer veal with ham, cheese and tomato and then bake it. It's quick, easy and tasty!!!
