So I have been doing Atkins for 5 months or so now. And I noticed that my tongue is a very nice, pink color now!
It had had a white coating for many years, I wonder if I had Candida, from all the carbs? Anymore else experience this wonderful benefit?

And I have also lost 15 pounds :)
