I'm male, 53 and was 332 lbs 3 weeks ago. I've now lost over 20 lbs. I'm always looking for information on low carb lifestyles and thought this is a good venue to get info and some comradery.

Sweet loss!! I've found having a journal and using the plan to track my loss has been beyond helpful!!

I will second the idea to start a journal. It can be great help. You may want to also check out the triple digits club forum. It's great for motivation and help.

That 20lbs is water weight
Just remember that the rate of which you shed lbs WILL slow down
Dont get discouraged. Thats how it works.
